| ABBV-1758Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive, irreversible neurological disorder and is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly population. Clinical symptoms of the disease may begin with occasional forgetfulness such as misplacement of items, forgetting important dates or events, and may progress to noticeable memory loss, increased confusion and agitation, and eventually, loss of independence and non-responsiveness. The purpose of this study is to test how safe ABBV-1758 is, how well it works, how the body processes it and what effects it has on the body. ABBV-1758 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This study is conducted in 3 stages. Stage A is a multiple ascending dose study with a 1 in 5 chance (4:1 randomization) that participants are assigned to receive placebo. Stage B is a dose expansion phase, also using 4:1 randomization for ABBV-1758 or placebo. Stage C enrolls Japanese and Chinese participants with the same randomization scheme. Approximately 210 participants will be enrolled at about 55 sites in the United States, China, and Japan. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) doses of ABBV-1758 or placebo once every 4 weeks (Q4W) for 24 weeks and will be followed for additional 12 weeks in the Follow-up Period. Participants will have the option of participating in a 12-month, blinded Extension Period receiving ABBV-1758 or placebo based on amyloid PET results. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care due to study procedures. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. | ABBV-291Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-291 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) NHL, including but not limited to diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and follicular lymphoma (FL). Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-291 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-291 and a dose expansion/optimization phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R NHL. Approximately 165 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide In the dose escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating Intravenously (IV) infused doses of ABBV-291, until the MAD/MTD is determined. In the dose expansion/optimization phase of the study participants receive IV infused ABBV-291, as part of the approximately 74 month study duration. | ABBV-319Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Sjorgren's disease (SjD) is a chronic, multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by lacrimal and salivary gland inflammation, with resultant dryness of the eyes and mouth and occasional glandular enlargement and Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-lasting autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to attack itself. RA targets the body's joints, causing inflammation (swelling, pain, and redness). ABBV-319 exhibits potential B cell depletion in SLE, SjD and RA which are characterized by B cell hyperactivity. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants with SLE, SjD and RA. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SLE , SjD and RA. Participants are placed in 1 of 8 groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different dose of ABBV-319 depending on whether they have SLE, SjD or RA. Around 48 adult participants with SLE, SjD or RA will be enrolled at approximately up to 17 sites worldwide. Participants will receive 2 doses of IV ABBV-319 21 days apart and will be followed for up to 343 days. | ABBV-453Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia in Western countries. The purpose of this study is to assess how well ABBV-453 works adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) untreated CLL/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Adverse events, pharmacokinetics, and change in disease activity will be assessed. ABBV-453 is an investigational drug for the treatment of CLL and SLL. Participants will be enrolled with a specific target dose and receive obinutuzumab during the debulking period followed escalating doses of ABBV-453, until the appropriate target dose is achieved. Approximately 60 adult participants with previously R/R CLL/SLL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 40 sites across the world. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) obinutuzumab as part of the debulking period, followed by escalating doses of oral ABBV-453 until the appropriate target dose is achieved. The estimated study duration is 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. | ABBV-519Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and safety of ABBV-519 in adult participants with SLE or RA. This is a single ascending dose study in an estimated 30 adult participants with moderate SLE or RA. The total duration of the study will be approximately 425 days (60-day Screening Period, 1-day Treatment Period, and a 52 week Follow-up Period) at approximately 15 to 20 sites globally. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). | ABBV-706Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, and change in disease activity of ABBV-706 compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (topotecan, lurbinectedin, or amrubicin). ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are two treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 or SOC. Approximately 531 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 175 sites worldwide. Participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 or SOC \[topotecan (IV or orally), or lubinectedin (IV), or amrubicin (IV)\]. | AtogepantA migraine attack is a moderate or severe headache that usually occurs on one side of the head and is often throbbing or pulsating. The headache is often accompanied by sensitivity to light, sensitivity to sound, nausea, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) attacks are migraine attacks that occur in individuals before or during their menstrual period. The main goals of the study are to evaluate the efficacy (how well the medicine works), safety, and tolerability (the degree to which any adverse symptoms can be handled by the patients during the study) of atogepant, compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but has no medicine in it), for the prevention of MM. Atogepant is an investigational drug being developed for the preventive treatment of menstrual migraine. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the 2 treatment groups called Arms to receive atogepant or matching placebo. There is 1 in a 2 chance for the participant to receive placebo. 468 adult female participants with menstrual migraine are enrolled in approximately 92 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral atogepant or matching placebo for 3 menstrual cycles during the double-blind period. During the open-label treatment period, participants will receive atogepant during each menstrual cycle. | BevacizumabThis randomized phase II trial studies how well paclitaxel with or without carboplatin and/or bevacizumab followed by doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide works in treating patients with breast cancer that can be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Bevacizumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. | BOTOXMigraine is a neurological disease characterized by moderate or severe headache, associated with nausea, vomiting, and/or sensitivity to light and sound (International Classification of Headache Disorders, 2018). Migraine can be further categorized according to the frequency of attacks as episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM). This study will assess the effects of BOTOX in preventing migraine in adult participants with EM. BOTOX is being developed for the prevention of migraine in adults with episodic migraine (EM). Participants will be enrolled in 3 different treatment groups. There is 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to receive placebo. Approximately 777 adult participants with EM will be enrolled in approximately 125 sites across the world. Participants will receive intramuscular injections (injected into the muscle) of BOTOX or Placebo on Day 1 and Week 12. Eligible participants will receive BOTOX on Week 24 and Week 36. | BudigalimabNon small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) immune checkpoint inhibitor to adult participants to treat NSCLC. Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 3 treatment groups. Two groups will receive pembrolizumab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 252 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with IV pembrolizumab, or IV SOC - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and toxicity of etentamig (ABBV-383) when co-administered with pomalidomide-dexamethasone (Pd), lenalidomide-dexamethasone (Rd), or daratumumab-dexamethasone (Dd), in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Etentamig co-administered with Pd, Rd, or Dd, will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on stage of the study and eligibility. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the best dose of etentamig, followed by a dose expansion phase to confirm the dose. | fluorouracilThis phase II trial studies nab-paclitaxel (paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation) and carboplatin followed by response-based local therapy in treating patients with stage III or IV human papillomavirus (HPV)-related oropharyngeal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, carboplatin, hydroxyurea, fluorouracil, paclitaxel, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x rays to kill tumor cells. Giving nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin before chemoradiation may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of chemotherapy and radiation therapy needed. | Mirvetuximab SoravtansineCancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant carboplatin and mirvetuximab soravtansine in participants with folate receptor alpha (FRα) -expressing advanced-stage serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer (EOC). Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to cancer cells carrying a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). This is a single arm study in adult participants with advanced-stage Fédération Internationale de Gynécologie et d'Obstétrique (FIGO) III-IV FRα-expressing serous EOC. Around 140 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 80 sites in the United States. Participants will receive intravenous infusion of MIRV in combination with carboplatin on day 1 of each cycle, every 21 days for up to 6 - 9 Cycles. | ONIROS — A Study to Assess Change in Sleep Disturbances of Adult Participants With Advanced Parkinson's Disease Receiving Subcutaneous Foslevodopa/FoscarbidopaParkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological condition, which affects the brain. Some symptoms of PD are tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. This study will assess change in sleep disturbances of adult participants with advanced Parkinson's disease receiving subcutaneous Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa under routine clinical practice. Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa is an approved drug for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. Approximately 103 adult participants who are prescribed Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa by their doctors will be enrolled across approximately 20 sites across Spain. Participants will receive Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa subcutaneous infusion as prescribed by their physician. Participants will be followed for up to 12 weekss. There is expected to be no additional burden for participants in this trial. | OxaliplatinImmune therapies work with the body's immune system to treat a number of cancers. They work with T-cells, a type of white blood cell, to target and attack specific tumors. However, some tumors can become resistant to attack by T-cells over time. They do this by sending "off" signals to T-cells. The researchers are finding ways to switch the T-cells back on. Before a treatment can be approved for use, clinical studies need to be done. This study will provide more information on ASP1570 in adults with advanced solid tumors. ASP1570 will either be given by itself, or given with another medicine called pembrolizumab, given with a standard cancer therapy, or given together with pembrolizumab and other medicines called pemetrexed and carboplatin. The main aims of this study are: * To check the safety of ASP1570 * To check how well ASP1570 is tolerated * To find a suitable dose of ASP1570 This study is for adults with advanced solid tumors. Their tumor has either grown outside of the area where it started (locally advanced and unresectable) or it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). Their cancer gets worse after standard therapy or they are unable to have standard therapy. The study doctors can give more advice about who can take part. This study will be in 2 parts. In Part 1, the most suitable dose of ASP1570 to give to people with advanced solid tumors will be worked out. Different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take lower to higher doses of ASP1570. People will either be given ASP1570 by itself, or ASP1570 with pembrolizumab, ASP1570 with a standard cancer therapy, or ASP1570 with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and carboplatin. The study treatment given depends on the type of cancer people have. There are different doses of ASP1570, with each group staying on the same dose. There is just 1 standard dose of pembrolizumab. The dose of a standard cancer therapy depends on its label. After taking the lowest dose of ASP1570, the first group will be checked for medical problems. The next group can only take the higher dose of ASP1570 if the first group tolerates the lowest dose. This will continue in the same way for each group. Each group will take tablets of ASP1570 either once or twice every day in a 21-day cycle. People will continue with more treatment cycles on the same dose unless they can't tolerate the study treatment, their cancer gets worse or the study doctor decides that person should stop treatment. People who also receive treatment with pembrolizumab will be infused with pembrolizumab on the first day of every other cycle of ASP1570 (once every 6 weeks). People who are receiving a standard cancer therapy (with ASP1570) will be treated according to its label. In Part 2, different small groups of people with advanced solid tumors will take the most suitable dose of ASP1570 worked out from Part 1. The dose will not go above the highest dose that people could tolerate from Part 1. ASP1570 will be given either once a day or twice a day in a 21-day cycle. Pembrolizumab will be given once every 6 weeks. Other study treatments will be given in 14-day, 21-day or 28-day cycles. | PanitumumabThere will be three parts to this phase I study: 1) the Combination Dose Finding cohort; 2) the Combination Expansion cohort; and 3) the Monotherapy MET Amplified cohort. In the Combination Dose Finding cohort and the Combination Expansion cohort, we will combine cabozantinib and panitumumab in patients with KRAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). In the Monotherapy MET Amplified cohort, we will screen at least 50 patients for MET gene amplification ("MET amplification"). | Telisotuzumab AdizutecanNon small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) immune checkpoint inhibitor to adult participants to treat NSCLC. Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 3 treatment groups. Two groups will receive pembrolizumab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 252 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with IV pembrolizumab, or IV SOC - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. | UbrogepantMigraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, at least 2 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. | ABBV-319Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Sjorgren's disease (SjD) is a chronic, multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by lacrimal and salivary gland inflammation, with resultant dryness of the eyes and mouth and occasional glandular enlargement and Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-lasting autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to attack itself. RA targets the body's joints, causing inflammation (swelling, pain, and redness). ABBV-319 exhibits potential B cell depletion in SLE, SjD and RA which are characterized by B cell hyperactivity. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants with SLE, SjD and RA. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SLE , SjD and RA. Participants are placed in 1 of 8 groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different dose of ABBV-319 depending on whether they have SLE, SjD or RA. | ABBV-1758Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive, irreversible neurological disorder and is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly population. Clinical symptoms of the disease may begin with occasional forgetfulness such as misplacement of items, forgetting important dates or events, and may progress to noticeable memory loss, increased confusion and agitation, and eventually, loss of independence and non-responsiveness. The purpose of this study is to test how safe ABBV-1758 is, how well it works, how the body processes it and what effects it has on the body. ABBV-1758 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This study is conducted in 3 stages. Stage A is a multiple ascending dose study with a 1 in 5 chance (4:1 randomization) that participants are assigned to receive placebo. | Telisotuzumab AdizutecanNon small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) immune checkpoint inhibitor to adult participants to treat NSCLC. Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 3 treatment groups. Two groups will receive pembrolizumab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 252 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. | ABBV-519Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and safety of ABBV-519 in adult participants with SLE or RA. This is a single ascending dose study in an estimated 30 adult participants with moderate SLE or RA. The total duration of the study will be approximately 425 days (60-day Screening Period, 1-day Treatment Period, and a 52 week Follow-up Period) at approximately 15 to 20 sites globally. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). | Telisotuzumab AdizutecanNon small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) immune checkpoint inhibitor to adult participants to treat NSCLC. Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 3 treatment groups. Two groups will receive pembrolizumab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) - pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 252 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide.
