| 18F-rhPSMA-7.3This is a randomized, open-label, pilot study assessing the impact of a short course of bicalutamide on PSMA expression in patients with prostate cancer belonging to the intermediate unfavorable or high risk group, who have low levels of PSA. Adult patients with biochemically recurrent prostate cancer (BCR PCa) who have a PSA of less than 1.0 ng/mL and who have undergone complete prostatectomy and/or will be undergoing radiotherapy, in combination with standard of care bicalutamide, will be recruited to this study. Patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio into Group A (baseline PSMA PET/CT only with bicalutamide standard of care) or Group B (baseline PSMA PET/CT and an additional PSMA PET/CT after 2 weeks of bicalutamide). | Cancer | Phase 2 | À vérifier | United States | À vérifier |
| BicalutamideThis is a randomized, open-label, pilot study assessing the impact of a short course of bicalutamide on PSMA expression in patients with prostate cancer belonging to the intermediate unfavorable or high risk group, who have low levels of PSA. | Bone marrow biopsySelinexor has shown single-agent activity in a current phase I study enrolling patients with relapsed/refractory AML with durable complete remissions (CR), complete remissions with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi), partial remissions (PR), and stable disease (SD) observed. Furthermore, common toxicities included nausea, fatigue, and anorexia and were manageable with supportive care agents. Additionally, CLAG chemotherapy has proven activity in relapsed and refractory AML, and has been shown to be a relatively well tolerated regimen without significant non-hematologic toxicity. Given the established role of CLAG chemotherapy, the single agent activity of selinexor, and their non-overlapping toxicities, the investigators propose a phase I/II open label study of selinexor in combination with CLAG for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory AML. | Cancer | Phase 1 | Traitement symptomatique | United States | À vérifier |
| CHOOSE — Communication and Hospice Online With Optimal Support and EngagementThe project is a multisite, three-group randomized control trial (RCT) with equal and parallel mixed-methods analysis that allows standardized measures combined with rich qualitative data to test hypotheses and answer research questions. Family caregivers (FCGs) of hospice cancer patients will be recruited and randomized into one of three groups: usual hospice care only (UC), usual care online support group (UCOSG) (without communication strategies), and the CHOOSE intervention group (with communication focus). | Cancer | Non applicable | À vérifier | United States | À vérifier |

| Ficerafusp alfaThe study is an open-label phase I/II clinical trial. The study will enroll patients to receive neoadjuvant SBRT plus 1 or 2 doses of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab with concurrent ficerafusp alfa (4 doses) prior to definitive surgical resection for high-risk, locoregionally advanced HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Approximately 6 weeks after end of SBRT, patients will undergo standard of care (SOC) surgical resection followed by SOC adjuvant chemoradiation per National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines. Adjuvant therapy is not part of this study and therefore is not dictated by study protocol. | Cancer | Phase 1 | À vérifier | United States | À vérifier |

| ITEST-BPStroke — Innovative Tools to Expand Music-Inspired Strategies for Blood Pressure and Stroke PreventionExpanding evidence-based interventions for hypertension and stroke prevention among youth and their caregivers is crucial for meeting World Health Organization and Nigerian health goals. Innovative strategies are urgently needed to address the burden of hypertension and stroke in Nigeria, aiming to involve local communities, bridge generational gaps, and reduce health disparities. This study aims to determine the effect of a music-inspired intervention and campaign (Music4Health) designed by the community on blood pressure, stroke preparedness and intentions, and uptake of the intervention among youth-caregiver dyads in Nigeria. | Hypertension | Non applicable | À vérifier | Nigeria | À vérifier |
| MMR34 — Moving Mindfully for Freezing in ParkinsonsThe investigators will modify and evaluate the feasibility of a mindfulness intervention among people living with Parkinson disease (PD) and freezing of gait (FOG). FOG is a severe motor disturbance that prevents people from stepping normally and is associated with anxiety, frustration, sedentary behaviors, poorer quality of life, and falls. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based practice that creates a culture to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing conscious awareness and self-compassion. In this study, the investigators will develop a mindfulness-based walking intervention to address both mental health and mobility challenges that constitute FOG. This R34 feasibility study includes three aims to permit the development of a mind and body approach for FOG among people living with PD. | Parkinson | NA | À vérifier | United States | À vérifier |

| RemibrutinibREDEFINE-MS is a research study for people with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS) who are participating in the RESHAPE-MS trial. The study aims to better understand how remibrutinib affects inflammation in the brain and spinal cord by using PET imaging, MRI scans, blood samples, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples collected before treatment and again six months later. \[REDEFINE\_p...2026\_clean \| Word\] The main question the study is trying to answer is whether remibrutinib changes immune activity and inflammation in people with MS, and whether these changes can be measured using imaging and biological markers that may help predict future disease progression and treatment response. | SEP | À vérifier | Immunomodulation + Ralentissement de la progression | United States | À vérifier |
| SUNBIRD — Study to Understand Novel Biomarkers in Researching DementiaThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationships between amyloid, tau, and neurodegeneration biomarkers in the blood and the presence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathology, clinical cognitive decline, and diagnosis. We aim to understand how well blood-based biomarkers can diagnose and predict Alzheimer's disease, which will help to further develop and validate blood tests for the disease. | Alzheimer | À vérifier | À vérifier | United States | À vérifier |

| Using Personalized Rehabilitation to Reduce Disease and Increase Activity of Patients With Polymyalgia RheumaticaPolymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) is a condition that causes joint pain and stiffness, making it hard for people to do everyday tasks. Movement pattern training is a special, personalized rehabilitation program that aims to reduce pain by improving how people move during their daily activities. The investigators plan to test if it's possible to conduct a detailed study to find out how effective Movement pattern training is for people with PMR. The investigators will look at whether it helps them perform activities they want to do, reduce their use of certain medications, and strengthen their muscles. The investigators will also gather feedback from patients about their experience with Movement pattern training. This study will help us understand if carrying out a larger study on Movement pattern training's effectiveness is practical. | Myopathies | Non applicable | Traitement symptomatique | À vérifier | |
