Fractional CO₂ LaserThis randomized, controlled clinical study will evaluate the clinical and ultrastructural effects, efficacy, and safety of fractional CO₂ laser in patients with primary cutaneous amyloidosis. Twenty-two eligible patients will be randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to receive either three fractional CO₂ laser sessions at 4-week intervals or no active laser treatment (control group). The primary outcome will be the change in the Amyloidosis Severity Score from baseline to one month after the final laser session, with secondary assessments including dermoscopic findings, transmission electron microscopy findings, pruritus severity, patient satisfaction, and adverse events. Levetiracetam &/or sodium valproateThe goal of this clinical trial is to Evaluating Metformin Efficacy and Safety when Co-administered with Antiepileptic Drugs in Patients with Seizures. The main question it aims to answer is: * Does metformin have beneficial effect on epileptic patients? * How metformin can affect epileptic patient's health? levodopa-carbidopaParkinson's disease (PD) is a leading neurodegenerative movement disorder, marked by a gradual loss of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) and the accumulation of α-synuclein protein aggregates. Rosuvastatin 20 Mg Oral TabletMemantine is used to slow the neurotoxicity of Alzheimer disease. Rosuvastatin used as a lipid-lowering agent . Increased bioavailability of endothelial-derived nitric oxide improves endothelium function , increases cerebral blood flow which may all contribute to the neuroprotective effects of rosuvastatin . The goal of this clinical trial is to prevent oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathy in patients with colorectal cancer.The aim of this current study is to assess the neuroprotective effect of memantine and rosuvastatin against oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathy.
