CemdisiranThis study is researching the experimental drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran, and cemdisiran monotherapy. The study is focused on patients with generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG). Myasthenia gravis is a disease that causes weakness and fatigue in muscles in the body because the nerves and muscles are not communicating properly. The aim of the study is to see how effective pozelimab and cemdisiran are when used in combination and when pozelimab and cemdisiran are used alone for patients with gMG. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * How the study drugs work inside the body * How much of the study drugs are in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against pozelimab and cemdisiran (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects) Myasthénie Phase 3 Traitement symptomatique United States, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Georgia, … À vérifier
MarlotamigThis study will evaluate two study drugs called ubamatamab and marlotamig, to see if they can help treat advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and sarilumab, to evaluate to see if it can help with immune-related side effects from ubamatamab. The study is looking at: * How well ubamatamab and marlotamig work(s) * The side effects that ubamatamab and marlotamig might cause * How much ubamatamab and marlotamig is in the blood at different times * If the body makes antibodies to ubamatamab and/or marlotamig, this may cause the ubamatamab to not work as well Cancer Phase 2 United States À vérifier
OdronextamabThis study is researching a particular group of experimental drugs administered for a short period in the treatment of participants with Lupus Nephritis (LN). The main aim of the current study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drugs are in a long-term follow-up. This is a main study, called an umbrella study, which includes several independent smaller sub-studies. Each of these smaller main sub-studies tests different drugs at the same time, all aimed at treating LN. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) Lupus Phase 1 À vérifier United States, France, Germany, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan À vérifier
