| Theophylline ERPseudohypoparathyroidism is a genetic disorder with limited treatment options, characterized by early-onset obesity, short stature, hormone resistance and cognitive impairment. This phase 2 clinical trial will test the efficacy of theophylline, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, in pseudohypoparathyroidism.
