Hypercoagulable Phenotype by Thrombinography (in Presence of C Protein Dynamic Inhibitory System)The purpose is to determine the hypercoagulable phenotype by thrombinography associated to an increased risk of symptomatic and objectively confirmed first venous thrombotic event. This is a case-control study in a population with patients having systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and/or antiphospholipid antibodies (APL). Secondary purposes are: 1. To determine the frequency of hypercoagulable phenotype in study population; 2. To analyze the sensibility: consequences of variation of hypercoagulable phenotype threshold on the importance of risk; 3. To identify (genetic and not) factors for hypercoagulable phenotype and their frequency in different groups. Lupus NA Traitement symptomatique À vérifier
PLASM-ALZ — Diagnostic Performance of Plasma Biomarkers of Alzheimer's Disease Compared With CSF Markers. The goal of this interventional study is to estimate the diagnostic performance of plasma biomarkers of interest (Aβ40 and Aβ42, P-Tau and NFL), enabling discrimination between patients with and without a pathophysiological AD process. The main questions it aims to answer are: * to define a threshold value for each of the plasma, * to describe the correlations between the plasma biomarkers of interest and the other biological analyses performed as part of care, in particular triglyceridemia, cholesterolemia, glycemia and proteinemia, * to describe biomarker results in relation to comorbidities, in particular dyslipidemia and diabetes * to describe the final diagnosis and results obtained for plasma biomarkers, for patients with intermediate results according to the A/T/N classification (A-/T+ or A+/T-) Participants will be selected among patients undergoing lumbar puncture for the differential diagnosis of AD at Nancy University Hospital. Alzheimer NA À vérifier France À vérifier
retrospective analysis of a panel resultABSTRACT Background and Aims: To determine the diagnostic performance of the epilepsy and intellectual disability panel used in the pediatric population, starting in June 2019, at the Regional University Hospital Center of Nancy, France. Design: An observational and retrospective study, at the Regional University Hospital Center of Nancy, France. Materials and Methods: Pediatric patients who underwent genetic analysis with the epilepsy-intellectual disability gene panel. All of these patients were either epileptic or had intellectual disability, or both, of undetermined etiology. Results: We included 69 patients in this study. We identified causative mutations in 46.4% (32 of 69 patients) of this cohort after the gene panel and 52.2% (36 patients) including positive results after realization of the Clinical Exome Solution.
